Short, consistent practice works better than occasional long sessions. Aim for 10 minutes each day tied to routines you already have.

Home toolbox by goal

Speech & Language

  • Narrate daily routines out loud.
  • Pause and wait to encourage turn-taking.
  • Use books to model key vocabulary.

Fine Motor & OT

  • Play with putty, tongs, and clothespins.
